Where do you ship? 

We ship worldwide. We are based in Melbourne VIC, Australia and ship from our stocking facility here. 

What's the standard cost to ship?

We ship Australia wide for a flat fee of AUD12 on all orders and provide free shipping for all order above AUD 120.

Express Shipping can be requested at checkout. The charges depend upon the destination. 

How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days.

The standard delivery takes about 5-7 business days in Australia, generally depending the time of the year. Public holidays and busy shopping periods such as Christmas may affect dispatch and delivery times. We use Australia Post and other domestic couriers for deliveries.

Sometimes the checkout may also present a partner shipping rate that is applied to some products that are eligible to be shipped.

Your order will be fully trackable. Once it's dispatched, you'll get a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

This is tough as we operate with a small team and once the orders are packed and labeled we are unable to change the address. Please reach out to us as soon as you find out out about the change and we will see what we can do. 

What if I require my order urgently?

Express post is available at checkout but we cannot guarantee a date of delivery. You will receive a tracking code which will give you an estimated time of arrival. 

Can you gift wrap ?

Not yet. But hopefully in the future.
